This event brings together arts and cultural workers, managers, educators, and students to share current insights, experiences, and practices around equity and leadership within arts and culture organizations. Presenters will represent the range of equity work within Oregon-based arts and cultural organizations and groups. The goal for the event is for everyone to walk away with approaches to sharpen collective work around these practices. Presenters include:
