LeeAnn O’Neill (she/they) is a founding partner of Allyship in Action, a collaborative of equity and social justice consultants based in Central Oregon, and the former board president of Bend Bikes, a grassroots advocacy organization dedicated to the safety of people who ride bikes. LeeAnn is a queer Korean adoptee who has relied on moving through her communities primarily by walking, biking, and taking public transit.
